Return and Exchange Policy – Yusr Tasbih

At Yusr Tasbih, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If, however, an item does not meet your needs, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to make a return.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the package.

• The product must be intact, unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe receipt of the package.

• After verification of the product's condition, a refund for the price of the items will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

• The price paid for shipping is non-refundable, regardless of the destination (France or international). Only the price of the returned items will be refunded.

Exchanges

We also offer the possibility of an exchange, subject to the availability of the desired items. Return shipping costs related to the exchange are the customer's responsibility. If the replacement product is no longer in stock, we can offer you store credit or a refund for the price of the item (excluding shipping costs), depending on your preference.

Non-eligible Items

For reasons of hygiene and respect for natural materials, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These exceptions will always be specified on the relevant product page.

Custom orders: items that are personalized or made to measure according to your requests are not returnable and are non-refundable. Only an exchange is possible, under the conditions described above, and return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility. Again, the price paid for shipping is non-refundable.
