At Yusr Tasbih , we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to ensure that every order brings you complete satisfaction. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it.

Return conditions

Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the package.
The product must be intact, unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the package.
After verification of the product's condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We also offer the possibility of an exchange , subject to the availability of the desired items . If the replacement product is no longer in stock, we can offer you a credit note or a refund, according to your preference.

Ineligible items

For hygiene reasons and to protect natural materials, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These exceptions will always be specified on the relevant product page.
